By installing or using AceCrush Craft or Swing Analysis you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

Both applications are provided as free, personal-use tools. You may install them on devices you own, back up your local data, and use them for non-commercial tennis training and stringing work. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the binaries or source.

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Grip size recommendations and swing segmentation are heuristic aids, not coaching. Always cross-check with a qualified coach before changing equipment or technique based on the output.

AceCrush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software, including but not limited to equipment damage, missed restring windows, or training decisions made on the basis of app output.

Both apps rely on open source libraries listed in their respective repositories. Their licenses apply to their components only and do not extend the warranty or liability of AceCrush.
